Our History
Our history
Compliance by design
Our history begins with a simple premise: when businesses are confronted with complex federal programs, the difference between disorder and disciplined execution matters. From the outset, our work focused on using technology and structured workflows to help organizations manage demanding documentation requirements, compress operational timelines, and move forward in a way that was both efficient and supportable.
Scaling through complexity
Over time, that work expanded into large-scale recovery and compliance engagements involving thousands of clients, substantial data volumes, and exacting procedural demands. Those matters required more than technical knowledge. They required systems, controls, and a repeatable operating framework capable of handling complexity without sacrificing judgment.
That experience remains central to who we are. It informs how we build workflows, how we communicate with clients, how we coordinate supporting parties, and how we think about defensibility from the beginning rather than as an afterthought.
The next phase: tariff recovery and administration
Through the IEEPA Managed Recovery Program, we are applying that same operating philosophy to trade and tariff-related recovery matters. Businesses confronting potential IEEPA tariff recoveries are not simply facing a legal question. They are facing an administrative challenge: how to identify the entries, quantify the tariffs, organize the evidence, manage the deadlines, address stakeholder claims, and administer any resulting recovery responsibly.
We built RSK for that challenge.
Our Approach
How we work
We believe clients are best served by a platform that is measured, disciplined, and execution-oriented. That means:
- approaching each matter with structure rather than improvisation;
- maintaining clear support for the basis of recovery;
- coordinating the administrative burden so management teams can remain focused on their business; and
- building a record that can withstand later scrutiny from stakeholders, auditors, lenders, or government authorities.
Where legal issues require formal legal analysis, protests, or litigation, we are positioned to work in coordination with qualified counsel. Our role is to ensure that the administrative and evidentiary foundation is organized, coherent, and ready to support the matter as it proceeds.
