Who We Are

About RSK Services

Built to manage complex, documentation-intensive recovery and compliance matters with discipline, structure, and operational precision.

Built for complex recovery matters

Through the IEEPA Managed Recovery Program, we help businesses navigate the practical demands of tariff recovery, including data collection, entry identification, stakeholder coordination, allocation support, deadline management, and audit-ready administration.

Our role is not merely to identify an opportunity. It is to help clients execute. In high-stakes recovery environments, the challenge is rarely confined to a legal theory or a filing event. The real burden lies in assembling the record, reconciling the data, coordinating the parties, managing the process, and creating an outcome that can be explained and defended later. That is the work we are built to do.

Our heritage

RSK draws on a substantial operating heritage in technology-enabled recovery and compliance work. Our team’s experience includes building and managing large-scale processes in documentation-heavy federal programs, where success depended not only on identifying the opportunity, but on administering it with discipline, accuracy, and defensible process design.

Methodology

Why clients engage RSK

Clients engage RSK because recovery at scale is rarely a simple filing exercise. It is a matter of execution. The entries must be identified, the data must be reconciled, the stakeholders must be managed, the logic must be documented, and the process must hold together under scrutiny. We are built to provide that level of execution. We help clients:

  • identify and organize affected customs entries and payment records;
  • reconstruct tariff data where reporting is incomplete or fragmented;
  • coordinate records across brokers, entities, and counterparties;
  • support analysis of who bore the economic burden of the tariffs;
  • structure recovery administration and allocation workflows; and
  • maintain a record that is orderly, supportable, and prepared for scrutiny.

In other words, we do not approach recovery as a one-time claim submission. We approach it as a managed process.

Affiliated operating leadership

RSK also benefits from an affiliated network of professionals and operators whose backgrounds include legal affairs, financial oversight, growth strategy, and client operations. That broader bench strengthens our ability to support clients through matters that do not fit neatly within a single discipline. Recovery work often requires coordinated execution across data, process, counterparties, and counsel. Our model is built with that reality in mind.

Our History

Our history

Compliance by design

Our history begins with a simple premise: when businesses are confronted with complex federal programs, the difference between disorder and disciplined execution matters. From the outset, our work focused on using technology and structured workflows to help organizations manage demanding documentation requirements, compress operational timelines, and move forward in a way that was both efficient and supportable.

Scaling through complexity

Over time, that work expanded into large-scale recovery and compliance engagements involving thousands of clients, substantial data volumes, and exacting procedural demands. Those matters required more than technical knowledge. They required systems, controls, and a repeatable operating framework capable of handling complexity without sacrificing judgment.

That experience remains central to who we are. It informs how we build workflows, how we communicate with clients, how we coordinate supporting parties, and how we think about defensibility from the beginning rather than as an afterthought.

The next phase: tariff recovery and administration

Through the IEEPA Managed Recovery Program, we are applying that same operating philosophy to trade and tariff-related recovery matters. Businesses confronting potential IEEPA tariff recoveries are not simply facing a legal question. They are facing an administrative challenge: how to identify the entries, quantify the tariffs, organize the evidence, manage the deadlines, address stakeholder claims, and administer any resulting recovery responsibly.

We built RSK for that challenge.

Our Approach

How we work

We believe clients are best served by a platform that is measured, disciplined, and execution-oriented. That means:

  • approaching each matter with structure rather than improvisation;
  • maintaining clear support for the basis of recovery;
  • coordinating the administrative burden so management teams can remain focused on their business; and
  • building a record that can withstand later scrutiny from stakeholders, auditors, lenders, or government authorities.

Where legal issues require formal legal analysis, protests, or litigation, we are positioned to work in coordination with qualified counsel. Our role is to ensure that the administrative and evidentiary foundation is organized, coherent, and ready to support the matter as it proceeds.

Execution Matters

The reason to work with us

Businesses do business with RSK because they need more than a concept. They need execution.

They need a team that understands that large recoveries can become operationally unstable if the underlying records are incomplete, the ownership of the economic burden is unclear, or the path from government disbursement to final allocation is poorly managed. They need a platform that can bring order to fragmented information, discipline to a moving process, and credibility to the final result.

That is what RSK is built to provide.
